Program options

In Person Training

J.J. will be with you the whole time and he will guide you through your entire workout.You will be able to meet with your trainer 1-5 times a week depending on your goals and needs. There are a couple options for in person training, first we have 30min personal training and second we have 1hr personal training. We offer both options to accommodate more to your busy schedule! We also offer a single 1hr session to go over something specific that you would like to work on.

 

35$- 1hr session (single)

30$- 1hr session (multiple)

20$- 30min session (single or multiple)

Online Programing

This option covers all of your programing and video review needs. The program will be built week by week to fit your needs and your goals. Every workout you will send in videos of your primary movements we will review them and adjust the program off of it. You will also get a direct line to me.

100$- 4wks of programing

Nutrition Coaching

For all of your fitness related nutrition needs this is where you want to be. Weight loss, putting on weight, a better relationship with food, meet day diets for more energy or to look less flat, all of these are things within the scope that we cover here!
